The acivities of admin-3 includes the preparation of salary bill of all non-gazetted employees, arear bills, rest & recreation bills, supportive bills, bill for GPF advance, Cycle & Motorcycle advance bill, salari discrimination bill, joint insurance, welfare fund and pension related works etc. Besides, taking measures to arrange training on drawing money of the mentioned bills and disburse them.

Admin-5, Dhaka

  1. Admin-5 actually works as the Internal control unit (ICU) of the directorate. After collecting the evidence and justification of all activities of different sectors/ branches they submit reports to DG.
  2. Providing IT related information.
  3. Collecting , monitoring and mainteanance of the computers, desktop, laptop, printers, scanners, projector etc and other electronics of the office.
  4. Perform administrative works of the discipline and appeal related matters.

Admin-6, Co-ordination branch, Dhaka

  1. To assist DG regarding the development of all activites of sectors/branches/local offices and to enhance their quality.
  2. Preparation of important return report of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports received from sectors/branches/local offices to submit them to DG and also to CAG office.
  3. Collecting paper cutting, preserve, distribution and reporting to CAG office.
  4. Submitting and taking approval of the annual, special, performance and issue based audit plan from DG.
  5. Maintenance the activities of the travelling of officers/employees.
  6. Submitting the papers/documents received from local offices to DG and after approval sending them back to the related offices.
